Our survey closed last night, with 459 responses received.
The outcome is very clearly to reject CalMac’s proposal and keep the status-quo.
Iona: 100% voted to reject the timetable.
Mull: 65% voted to reject the timetable.
All your comments on the survey were very helpful, and give us clear guidance on priorities. If our efforts to amend the Ferries Plan and access additional funding are successful over the summer, we hope something truly Island-Focused will be possible for the winter of 2020/21.
